Cancellation Policy

Booking Procedure: Reservations: Sessions can be reserved online through our website, via phone, or in person at our studio. Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your spot. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment: Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due before the start of the session. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: More than 48 hours in advance: You can cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. Less than 48 hours in advance: The deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future session. Rescheduling: More than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule without any penalty. Less than 24 hours in advance: A rescheduling fee of £20 will apply. Late Arrivals: Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, and no refund will be provided for the lost time. Group Bookings: Group Size: For groups of 5 or more, a special group booking rate may apply. Deposit: A 50% deposit for the entire group is required at the time of booking. Cancellation: Group bookings must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Materials and Equipment: Provided Supplies: All necessary painting materials and equipment are provided and included in the session fee. Personal Supplies: Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. Health and Safety: COVID-19 Protocols: Masks are optional. Sanitizers are provided. Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements in advance.
