Cancellation Policy
Booking Procedure: 1. Reservations: Sessions can be reserved online through our website, via phone, email mike.obi@paintslikeapro.com, or in person at our studio. 2. Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your spot. 3. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment: 1. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash. 2. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due before the start of the session. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 1. Cancellation Policy: - More than 48 hours in advance: You can cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. - Less than 48 hours in advance: The deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future session. 2. Rescheduling: - More than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule without any penalty. - Less than 24 hours in advance: A rescheduling fee of £20 will apply. Late Arrivals: 1. Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. 2. Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, and no refund will be provided for the lost time. Group Bookings: 1. Group Size: For groups of 6 or more, a special group booking rate may apply. 2. Deposit: A 50% deposit for the entire group is required at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation: Group bookings must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Materials and Equipment: 1. Provided Supplies: All necessary painting materials and equipment are provided and included in the session fee. 2. Personal Supplies: Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. Health and Safety: 1. COVID-19 Protocols: Masks are optional. Sanitizers are provided. 2.
