Corporate Art Workshop Booking Policy

Overview

We offer tailored corporate art experiences designed for team building, creative collaboration, and away-day activities. Sessions can accommodate up to 50 participants, either as individual painting experiences or collaborative group projects where teams create shared artworks.
 

Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservations: Corporate sessions must be booked in advance via email or direct consultation.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Capacity: We can host up to 50 participants per session. Larger groups may be accommodated upon request.
     

Session Formats

  • Individual Experience: Each participant creates their own artwork guided by an instructor.

  • Collaborative Experience: Teams work together on shared pieces, encouraging creativity, communication, and teamwork.

  • Sessions can be customised to align with company goals, themes, or branding.

 

Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.

  • Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
     

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Event Logistics

  • All materials and equipment are provided.

  • Setup and cleanup are included within the session timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate participant numbers prior to the event.

 

Customisation Options

  • (themes, branding, or specific outcomes) can be discussed during booking.

  • For off-site events, additional fees may apply depending on location and logistics.

 

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
